I work in a restaurant and last night i waited on Charles Grant.
He looks like he has lost some weight
by weight I mean fat, not muscle. He is as I've heard before a very nice guy,

I like it when Grant moves inside on third downs. But as a full time DT, I don't like him there. He'd have to gain more weight decreasing his effectiveness. When in shape and motivated, we know he's a very good DE. Right now he's a prototypical 3-4 DE... he needs to shed a good 10 pounds.
