He looked like the best lineman we have, and that might not be saying much.
He hustled on every play, was the only guy even close to the QB, and without a doubt outplayed every other stiff on the DL. He was explosive and CONSISTENT.
JIM, HE WAS CONSISTENT!!!! I HOPE YOU WERE WATCHING!!!

Woodbury looked like he wants to win on every play and would bite the head off a rattlesnake if thats what it took. If we had WR's and TE's who could catch he would have looked like McNabb, or Detmer, or Feely, or Hasslebeck or whoever else slapped us around at will.

OL: Ragdolled! Gandy looked like the black Kyle Turley. PATHETIC!
DT: Sullivan? Chase? Jackson? Never heard their names.
DE: Did any DE make a single play? I couldn't tell you who played DE cause nobody's name was called out, and its too hard to read their name while they're on their back.
DB's: Speed won't help when the QB has 17 seconds to throw.
WR's: CATCH THE DAMN BALL!!!!
TE's: CATCH THE DAMN BALL!!!
RB's: CATCH THE DAMN BALL!!!

We have a lot of work to do fellas. I hope this was a wake-up call for all the players who thought we were better than we are. I knew it would take time to gel all the new faces, but we better start gelling fast or it might get more embarrassing.

the Linebackers played a solid game(Most noticeable Rogers). I can\'t wait how they play when they are called upon to blitz.

Tweek, As I said yesterday we\'d chat today.... They were bad! I\'m not sure where our #1 pick was for the plays. I saw him in the huddle but he was absent from the field when the ball was snapped. You are right that Kenny Smith was the ONLY D-lineman to play. It seems as though he was the only one even lined up to play. I will give Gravy Jackson some acknowledgement also as I saw him in on a couple of plays. Other than Smith and very little of Grady I didn\'t see ANYTHING from our D-line. The LB\'s were maybe a little improved from last year but we need major improvement not a little. Rodgers was doing his job and showed he can play. Was he our only Lb playing??
DB\'s were beaten alot! But with no pass rush that should be expected.
On offense our line was poor and we have NO BACK UP RUNNING BACK...get that fixed NOW!!!! Receiver dropped three passes for everyone they caught..what\'s up with that??

Leave it to ESPN to screw up the boxscore.

Offensively Aaron Brooks looked pretty damn good, his passes had good zip on them. Keaton was bad, I mean really bad. There were holes to run through, but he just couldnt get to them. Talman Gardner should be cut TODAY!, he looked like sh!t. Kenny Smith did look impressive on the D-line. Sullivan was stood up on almost every play. Only noticed one play by DE Charles Grant. Rodgers did look pretty good though.
