Deuce rumor and restructure (merged)

We're all praying for Deuce's return. The guy is a class act and we all love him. He's in the top 5 all time Saints and this certainly secures his place. If he can return to form, wow super.

Does anybody know the exact injury he sustained and usually how long it takes to recover. My personal feeling on his recovery is that the mind usually heals long before the injury. In any case, if the Saint give Deuce the signing bonus, we won't take a running back at #1, but if we don't give him the bonus, it is almost a certainty.

I know we are all pulling for Deuce to come back strong next year. I just pray he can take a full season beating until we reach the superbowl. Yes I'm very optimistic
