Contacting Saint front office...
 

Greetings all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. My unit is about to be sent to Iraq in the Mayish time frame. The unit is based out of Ft. Polk, La. (115th Combat Support Hospital) I was thinking it would be cool if I could get a Saints banner or something with a "Good Luck" type message.

Does anyone here know a point of Contact for something like this?

Donation Request Information//
The New Orleans Saints are excited about the high level of enthusiasm surrounding the Saints and thank all our fans for their support. Due to the large volume of requests, the New Orleans Saints have developed procedures and guidelines to assist you with your donation request, specifically as it relates to the Saints potential involvement.


➢ All donation requests must be submitted in writing 4-6 weeks in advance to your event.

➢ Written requests must be submitted on the organization’s official letterhead and include:

a.) Name of organization, full address and telephone number
b.) Type of event/program
c.) Contact person’s name
d.) Day, date, time and length of event
e.) Event location

➢ The Saints do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing. Any merchandise sent will be immediately returned.

➢ Please mail written request to:

Helpful Hint

It’s recommended that your event is not centered on the anticipation of our donation item but should be approached as a complimentary element to your event. Many requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the overwhelming volume of requests we receive weekly.
