You're got to admit - 200lb dumbbells is JUST SICK. I mean, I practically give myself seizures when I try taking on my 50's - and that doesn't happen often.

considering that Ronnie Coleman has trouble doing just 7 reps with a 200lb dumbbell like that, it's pretty ridiculous.
