Is Donte' Stallworth going to be able to get through a season without injury to his hamstring? He has sought expert advise from the medical field and from players who have had the same problem. He has learned new extensive excercises to loosen it up. Don't be suprised to see him plagued by this throughout his career. He played a few snaps against the Eagles and a few more against the Jets. Though he said he didn't hurt it again, he had ice on it during the Jets game. Let's hope he can figure out how to cope with this and not continually have to miss time due to this condition.

A good number of athletes who are as fast as Donte have this problem. It is basically a condition in which his nerves tell his muscles to fire faster than they are capable of contracting. To put it in a funny light, he is literally trying to run out of his legs. Strengthening his muscles through weight lifting, loosening them through stretching, and training his slow twich muscle some through log slow jogging or running can help, but if he is sending more signals to contract down his nerves into his hammies than those muscles can handle he then he will always have this problem.
