I definately think you and WhoDat are big Saints fans. I also think you two are against anything that Haz and Brooks has done or will do.

It\'s all good though. I enjoy the debate.....

The bottom line here \"08\", and without sinking to a sandlot mentality, is that YOU and WHODAT among others were quite simply W-R-O-N-G about the great Jake Delhome. Read your old posts where you were slamming Brooks and screaming at the top of your lungs for Delhome. Note the parts where ya\'ll just KNEW Haz wasn\'t starting Jake for personal reasons.

Jake has failed to make the starting lineup for another team. Now you\'re even trying to blame it on his accent ?!? If you or Whodat or the rest of the Brooks bashers gave Aaron one third the credit you give Delhome you\'d be forced to realize he\'s a better QB. Be a man and admit you were wrong. You can\'t crawfish your way out of this one. You were WRONG. Now, admit it and lets move on. :P

C'mon Man...

I can only smile and shake my head. Your refusal to be a \"real\" man and admit it is disappointing to say the least. I expected more. I\'m not sure why, but I did. What you\'re \"pulling\" is not exactly what I\'d call a Beerman. Let\'s see if Whodat steps up to da plate. My money says he\'ll \"pull\" something too. LOL

What is the value of having an opinion if you are not going to standby it ????

By the way the fat lady has not sung on the Jake Delhomme opera yet .

Some people counted Holcomb out too.......

Geaux Jake . :P

Standing by your opinion when it\'s a known wrong opinion doesn\'t reflect well on ya. And for the record, I\'m not counting Jake out either. I\'m only saying that all the nonsense you and whodat were hollering last year was just that...NON-sense!

Not non sense Saintsfan , Jake Delhomme is still getting a paycheck in the N.F.L. which still makes him an N.F.L. quarterback . Unlike some of the Billy Joes that were in New Orleans , he is simply having trouble with the Carolina system .

So what you are saying is that it was better for the Saints too play an injured quarterback who needed surgery and take a 4 game slide in December , then to put in a healthy 2nd string quarterback and give the team a fighting chance to win those games .Jake was familiar with the system in New Orleans and had the ability to run the offense .

\"Americans play to win at all times. I wouldn\'t give a hoot in hell for a man who lost and laughed.\" - George S. Patton
On another note, I\'ll take a bite of that crow 08. - Saintfan
Brooks is a moron!! - Halo

I don\'t think it\'s that he\'s grasping the offense according to him:

\"It\'s so much better than mini-camp right now,\" said Delhomme. \"Plays are flowing easily out of my mouth. I\'m getting guys up to the line. The quicker you can get the offense out of the huddle, the quicker you can make the defense line up and see what\'s going on to know where you want to go with the football. That\'s what these times are for, to get ready for training camp.

\"I\'ve done a lot of studying. Not long after I signed, I was able to get the playbook. All the plays are pretty much going to be the same, the patterns and things like that, that we had in New Orleans.
