Saints/Dolphins Predictions

Saints 38 - Dolskins 10

After a big emotional win the Saints actually show up for a game they usually don't show up for. The offense runs wild again and I do mean run. Bell, Thomas and Bush light up Landshark for 4 TD's combined and Brees throws 1. The Saints are running the Wildcat in practice only for defensive purposes. They will shut it down on the Miami side of the ball and may even run it a few times.

Trailing 28-21 late in the 4th, Dolphins QB Chad Henne throws a pick 6 to Sharper.

Final score: Saints 35 Dolphins 21

Think this will be a close one also
Saints 27 Dolphins 20
Look for this to be a really interesting game against a under rated Dolphins squad. Personally I would like to see them win their division this year because they remind me somewhat of the Saints being in the same division as we were with the 49ers and them having to deal year in and year out with the Pat's. They are 2-0 in their division and the Pats are 1-1 so you never know.

Biggest win in Saints history.

56-0

The "Big Tuna" is put to sea.

ESPN puts us #2 in power ratings because we didn't play a valid offense against the Dolphins.

Re: Saints/Dolphins Predictions

Brees lights 'em up for two quick TDs, Los Santos up 14 after the first.

Henne poops the bed, Greer, Porter and Harper all have int's.

Ronnie Brown has 215 yards, 1TD in the loss.

Saints win, a bunch to a little.

38 to 20

saints come out on top but it is close until henne makes a bad decision and sedrick ellis comes away with his first career touchdown.....then the game gets out of hand....there are naked people and beer all over the place and everyone wins

42-10 Saints

Brees will have a field day with their pedestrian secondary. I just dont think the wild camel toe will do a whole bunch on us tomorrow.

If things go right (at least in my eyes) you can't stop the wildcat and we keep your offence off the field, lets say we can make the time of possession 40/20 in our favor. If that can happen I see the game still being close late and we get a big play late.

Not enough time in this game for high scoring above 30pts. Saints Defense bends but doesn't break, regardless the Fins take up gobs of time.

Would you do like Jerry Seinfeld and take a lie detector test as you are making that pediction?

Well yeah, like I said IF we can control the clock then I think we will squeak by with a win. Ofcourse if we don't it could be a blow out. Were better then our 2-3 record and while I think you guys are good the jury is still out for me on just how good. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

And by the way if I think my team will lose I'll pick the other team. I'll hope I'm wrong but I'll still pick the team I think will win.

Re: Saints/Dolphins Predictions

I say 27-13 Saints. Playing in Miami should keep it fairly close. I just do not see a rookie qb beating us with 3rd string wrs. 8 in the box against Brown keeps his numbers low.

Re: Saints/Dolphins Predictions

I really think this will be a tough game. They have a good D, and they have had 2 weeks to prepare. I am going with 24-20 Saints, but I am worried we might lose. If we are going to lose- let it be against the AFC, and the week before Atlanta comes to our home!

We are the better team though, but it is hard to win on the road- especially with a team coming off a bye

Well...
1 - On the road against a good team
2 - They've had 2 weeks to prepare for us
3 - Rain favors the Dolphins run game
4 - Rain + Bush = 2 costly fumbles
5 - We may be looking ahead to Atlanta
6 - Big win last week, we could have a let-down
7 - Gimmickey offense we rarely face
8 - Special teamer (Evans) starting for a key disciplined OLB (Fujita)
9 - Players may be reading too many Saints-worship articles
10 - We gotta lose eventually, right?

I think this is now our 2nd toughest game left.

You should know better than that.

Saints coming off the bye the last 3 years:

2006 lost at home vs Baltimore
2007 lost at home vs Carolina
2008 lost at Atlanta

Re: Saints/Dolphins Predictions

lol, that is true, but it is hard to win on the road, and against a team coming off the bye. More often than not
