No one has given props to Vilma, but Vilma was huge in this game.
The Dolphins abandoned their beloved wilcat in the 2nd half because Vilma was all over the backfield disrupting it. Dude was plugging gaps like no one's business.

HUGE GAME FOR VILMA... once they got there crap together the WILDCAT became a *****CAT!!!

Thats what I was really hoping for. Greg Williams also made props. Man to man and blitz the ends and outside guys, while cheating up the safties. Its so nice having a DC who knows WTF he is doing.

Vilma looked like a pro bowl middle LB for the first time in a Saints uniform today. He was outstanding!!!

Vilma was great today. Not only making tackles but bringing it strong and stopping people in their tracks. No falling forward even.

One more note. Hargrove was beastly today as well. Wow. He wanted to get to the QB.

Absolutely. The Wildcat was shut down by the Saints Bourbon St. Wild Turkey defense. HAHA!

I agree with everybody on this one, JVil stepped it up big time. For a while there, the defense was back on its heels, but if you remember, Vilma made a big hit close to the end of the first half, and it really got the guys fired up. He is a great leader of this defense.

My fav hit was that one play where greer took out one if the lead blocks then vil stood up the fullback and made the tackle! Beast mode!
