All everyone likes about Reggie is he can add one exciting play a game maybe. Its not good football buisness to keep a high price tag on a player who contributues less than other players.

Of the list above there are several players we have to keep over Reggie. Do the math and the money is better spent retaining those players.

Agree 100%

He doesn't demand any more attention than Bell or Thomas.

If he'll re-sign for what a typical 3rd down scat back would sign for, then yes, I'd keep him without blinking an eye, otherwise I'll pass.

Reggie will restructure if he's smart.

Thats what punt/kick returners do they dance if the blocks are not there. Dancing as you put it can sometimes make a person miss a tackle. Hell even Devin Hester danced when he had all those punt/kick returns for tds. If you noticed our ST are not that great this year. I agree he should restructure. But to say he doesn't contribute is just plain stupid IMO. Him and Colston have at least 25+ TDs each. If thats not contribution then I dont what is.

Yeah yeah to a degree they can 'dance' to avoid a tackle but you haven't really watched Mr Tippy Toes not read his block and went in the direction of the defender and tackle his butt. He Danced wrong and I am voting him off! I also think he wants to see if he can get to the sideline faster than a defender can get to him.

Reggie Bush is no Devin Hester!

So in order to give him TD's you add Colstons with his to make your point for keeping him??? NO NO NO, that makes no sense. The week before I think he got a TD and so did 6 others. My point is that he isn't the significant factor in winning games and can be easily replaced and we'd still be winning!!!

People get over the man crush already and do the math... there is even an article on this forum about his 'reduced roll' because he hasn't been and becoming less and less a factor!

Re: 2010 - Keep or Cut Reggie Bush.

colston gets 75-150 yards of offense per game with his TDs. reggie does not. id love to keep him, but theres no way we can at his salary. jahri is a must sign, we need to do everything we can to keep brees protected. but for the most part, my opinion is the same as euphs.

Re: 2010 - Keep or Cut Reggie Bush.

best distraction in the league......he may not score or get the yardage everyone wants.....but just by faking the ball to him you get 3 players on defense moving to him

he isnt worth a huge pay increase but he should be able to keep his job through the next 3 seasons at least

canton thats what were debating. his contract comes with a huge pay increase after this year, so how is he going to make it through the next 3 seasons unless he takes a big pay cut?

I know its a semi slow news day but why does ESPN have to force Reggie's radio comments down our throats, yeah so he was asked a question and then answered it. What was he suppose to say, "nah the Saints won't win another game this year" come on ESPN quit spinning things to sell ratings and move on
