Heaven

Peyton Manning, after living a full life, died and went to heaven. When he got to heaven, God was showing him around. They came to a modest little house with a faded Colts flag in the window.

"This house is yours for eternity, Peyton," said God. "This is very special; not everyone gets a house up here."

Peyton felt special, indeed, and walked up to his house. On his way up the porch, he noticed another house just around the corner. It was a 3-story mansion with a black and gold sidewalk, a 50-foot tall flagpole with an enormous Saints logo flag, and in every window, a New Orleans Saints towel.

Peyton looked at God and said "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but I have a question. I was an all-pro QB, I hold many NFL records, and I even went to the Hall of Fame."

God said "So what's your point Peyton?"

"Well, why does Drew Brees get a better house than me?"

God chuckled, and said "Peyton, that's not Drew's house, it's mine."

Funny...even after all these years. Here's the rest of the story. You failed to mention that when Peyton first showed up in heaven that St. Peter told him that he couldn't come in there wearing a football uniform. Peyton came back unshaven and in shorts, T-shirt, and flip-flops, and again St. Peter said, "No way. Go back, shave and shower, find a white robe and sandals, and try again."

Peyton followed his instructions, and when he came back to the gate, St. Peter said, "Come right in."

He didn't get more than 2 feet inside the gate when a dude in biker gear with sunshades and a beard drives by on his hog and hits a mud puddle, splashing mud all over Peyton. Peyton says, "Hey, how come that guy is allowed in here looking like that?"

St. Peter replies, "Oh...that's JC. His old man owns this place."

Hey saintsfan1976 I love Drew in the van with The Giants, the look on Eli's face is great. If you think about it Drew is our action hero maybe he has a place in Hollywood. When he gets bored throwing to Colston he can take the place of Chuck Norris, Arnold and Clint.
