Even though there were some sports reporters that fought hard for the cause of drew winning the mvp last season; in my mind hes gotta be the front runner this year

34 TD's/ 17 INTS, 5069 yards (only 2nd player to reach 5k) 96.2 Passer Rating, Only sacked 13 times

Look at this years stats (through 13 Games)

32 TD's/ 10 INTS, 3832 Yards, 112.3 Passer Rating, only 15 sacks allowed

Most TD passes this season so far, second place Peyton Manning with 29, (although manning is unhuman because he does all that without a running game)
Don't forget that drew didn't throw a TD for two straight games, Buffalo and New York Jets

It seems like brees is better every single year, but never gets an recognition for it, one thing to remember when the MVP race is up for debate;

Miami (down 21 Points)
Carolina (down 14 points)
Atlanta week 8 (overcame 4 turnovers to win)
Washington ( down by 10 points X2)

Oh yeah .... he's definitely started to separate himself from the pack in the MVP race.
