What's on the menu for Saturday?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; For those of you watching the game at home...what's cooking? Just picked up a 30# box of snow crab legs and 6# of shrimp for frying. Of course, if things don't go our way, I will dump all the shrimp ...

Of course, if things don't go our way, I will dump all the shrimp tails and crab tails into the first vehicle I see in the mall parking lot sporting Dallas Cowboys decor.

I have some vache langue that I need to cook up. I may make a nice gravy, pour it over rice with a few giblets and the langue. Yum.. I can smell it now.

I'll be watching the game at Rabb's Steakhouse in Ruston, LA (on the bar side, of course). I'm sure I'll be partaking in a ribeye with and a stuffed potato.

You don't cook them in that New Orleans style barbecue mix. I can't think of what it's called but it's good stuff. That Hurricane mix makes great drinks too!!!

We'll be serving carnitas and carne asada tacos. Also shrimp and jalapeno quesadillas.
After the Chargers whip the Bengals... we'll be hanging in the parking lot to watch the Saints beat the Cowgirls.
