Replace Hokie Gajan with Steve Cort
 

I've listened to Steve Cort several times this year and he is an excellent football guy, loves the Saints and would make a much better complement to Jim Henderson.

Plus I am starting to firmly believe that Hokie doesn't really like the Saints.

I suspect he grew up a Dallas fan. I never met a Saints fan from Baker, EVER.

BTW, Hokie was on Dallas radio saying Dallas would run 180-200 yards on the Saints today. He needs to be a Saints Homer when the team is 13-0.

Without Ellis, the Saints give up a ton of rushing yards.
Ellis may miss the game.
Dallas may run for 150yds.

Gregg has to run a different scheme. Whaddaya do???

Hokie bleeds B&G, but is a realist and very modest. Don't even think for a
moment he isn't pulling 100% for the Saints, or doesn't believe they can
blow out the Cowboys.

I like Steve Corte, but his voice frequency is too low for radio. I have to turn
down the bass and turn up the volume and treble just to hear what he is saying.

Hokie retired from football because he was going to be traded and instead of being traded he retired. Didn't want to play for any other team but the Saints.

I feel like falling asleep everytime I hear Korte say more than 2 sentences.

Korte compliment Jim Henderson? .. uh... ok. I'm thinking you would want your play-by-play comentator to have a little emotion in their delivery. That ain't Korte, he's low key.
Besides, Hokie (Howard Lee) is born n bred from Baker, Louisiana and played football at LSU and Saints. Korte is from Colorado. This is first time I've ever heard anyone question Hokie's whodat loyalty. I personally wouldn't throw Hokie or Korte under the bus for predicting Dallas will have a good run game on the Saints. Would you rather someone pump some sunshine up your backside or be realistic?

Hokie has been Debbie Downer all year and he sucks on the radio.

Of course, I'm in Houston and don't listen to the radio broadcast of the game but I sure am glad NFL films only includes the Jim Henderson portions on Replay.

Almost anyone would be better than Hokie on the radio and if you absolutely must have an Ex-Saint there are plenty to chose from.

Hokie is realistic. He states basically what I feel when whatching the game. He points out the good and Bad. Total honesty. I wouldn't replace him with anyone else. Henderson is play by play and Hokie is the color sidekick. A good combination. If you don't listen to the broadcasts how do you know how and what Hokie brings to the table?
