How do we stop the run?
 

Man we gotta figure something out quick..teams are gonna run it down our throats...even with Ellis back nothin has changed...and Jonathan Stewart ran for 200 yds on the Giants yesterday...Damn boys we are in trouble..G.W better come up with something and Greer better play ..Because believe me Matt Moore will look like Joe Montana against Malcolm Jenkins..YIKES!!!

our linebackers are so weak, besides vilma. we have the only linebackers that get drug 5 yds after they hit rbs. charles grants side of the line is also suspect.

We're shuttling in all these defensive backs, but I guess none know our Defense well enough to play. So Malcolm Jenkins is just hanging out there in the wind.

What about Derrick Brooks? Are there any free agent D lineman we can look at?

I don't think that we do stop the run. Our d-line is consistently getting moved backwards on the majority of run plays.

I was surprised when Tampa threw that pick in the endzone because all they had to do was hand the ball to the RB 2 or 3 more times for a TD.

At this rate, Saintsation tug-a-war ... put 6 Saintsations on each sideline and have them stretch a rope across the line of scrimmage and pull tight on each down. :-)

WE aren't containing our gaps ..thats coaching..when we were winning alot we had the lead early and stopping the run wasnt as crucial ..Now teams dont have to pass as much and our run D has been exposed..BAD..i hate to say this and i believe in my team ,,but we wont get far in the playoffs if we cant tighten up the run D. Getting Greer back might allow keeping Harper in more to help ,but he hasnt tackled well either..This concerns me more than any other issue we have ..Even Jenkins..lol
