New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams is a disciple of former great Buddy Ryan, but he's not alone in this year's playoffs. Three of the four defenses remaining in this year's playoffs are influenced by Ryan. New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan is Buddy's son, and Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier played for Ryan with the Chicago Bears in the 1980s

Pretty cool how Carmichael turned down two offers to be offensive coordinator in Miami to stay here...He knows this is a special team that gonna win it all..

Makes you wonder, what exactly Ditka had to do with the 85 Bears. Seemed to me the entire time, it was Ryan's defense that won that superbowl.
