Sorry if this topic has already been posted, thought it was important to recognize how well bushrod played during the game. Especially after the so called "experts" said that jared mullet head would have a career day against him. Payton learned from his past mistake by giving him some help by chipping the pass rusher. I didn't notice allen get dangerously close to brees on more than one occasion.

Thats how you play saints ball jermon, you don't listen to outside sources and let your play do the talking. Congrats, lets make it happen saints

I agree. Bushrod held his own against Allen. He received some help, but he also did well in one-on-one match-ups against him. Very solid game from him and the offensive line as a whole.

D. Thomas did a lot of blocking in the game. But yes, Bushrod played solid...now he just needs to practice Freeny's spin move and we're good.
