Saints to Start 2010 Season on Sept 9th.

Tough call - Any will be a challenge. I sure do not want to be the first SB winning team to lose that opening game!!

Pittsburgh is in Prime Time a lot, so they might be saved for later in the year. I'd love to jump on ATL early.

I'm thinking Minnesota will get another shot at the Saints. Another victory for the Saints, and one that shuts up all those we're the better team that lost whiners. I also believe Favre will be back for his final season.

I agree that there's more benefit to hyping the NFCC rematch later in the season. Plus, why put a divisional game that only has regional interest on the national stage? It has to be Pittsburgh because there is too much drama to be made but not really consequential in the grand scheme of things. Either loses, it doesn't really affect each's postseason opportunities (div or conf)

Of course the Falcowns ... I really want to rub in in the Falcons face so bad and nothing would be better than releasing the Superbowl Banner with those losers on the field

No offense to our fans all over the world, because I know we have some great international fans here, but I don't really care who they open the season with, just as long as they don't have to go to Japan, England or Australia to play the game.

I agree. I don't like the idea of sending the teams overseas to play. It takes them a day just to fly over there. That's too much of an inconvenience for them in terms of missing practice and dealing with the time change.
