Exactly. His run-stopping abilities have regressed over the last three seasons, and his pass-rush abilities are non-existent. He has done nothing to warrant that huge contract. He had two good regular season games and one outstanding play in preseason when it didn't count. Adios, Charlie Boy.

I really used to like Grant but he just don't seem to have what it takes anymore. There are younger and cheaper guys out there.

A solid player, but overpaid and under achieving. Thanks for everything Charles but good luck elsewhere.

he will probably never get to the QB without some help but his force as a run stopper is undeniable

it was obvious how important grant was when we were forced to play with only mccray out on the edge because our opponents knew exactly where to go

id say keep him and draft a young DE that can also stop the run but knows when to call it quits at the drive thru
Keep him and rotate him along the line at all positions and draft a DE (and hopefully he can be a beast).
