My office overlooks the dome, however I have not seen it. But I have seen the Lombardi Gras billboards lately. I thought it was interesting that they just recently started popping up (a little late in my opinion).

its by the poydras st ramp and faces north. so if you were getting off at the poydras ramp you could see it.
