The Saints traded their pick in the fourth round, No. 130th, and their sixth-round pick to the Cardinals.

Woods didn't become a full-time starter until his senior season when he started all 13 games. He had 33 tackles, 4.5 for loss, and one sack. He blocked a field goal against Ole Miss that was returned for a touchdown.

Woods is considered a player with large upside. He played sparingly behind Glenn Dorsey, Marlon Favorite and Ricky Jean-Francois his first two seasons. He visited the Saints and worked out with Saints defensive line coach Bill Johnson.

I Guess this is Sean Payton and Loomis way of saying, SHUT UP WHINY BABIES, WIPE YOUR TEARS AND JUST KNOW THAT WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING.

Word, the 2010 draft will be remembered as the year of the whining fans.

I also think in three years it's going to be remembered as the year we drafted for very good value.

Ditto! We had a good enough team to win it all last year. Now we have the luxury of getting the best value talent. I am loving it!

Woods will hit the rotation and do well. I like every pick in this draft so far. No lb but have faith in Payton. He knows what he is doing.
