Things other than Aaron Brooks.

Receivers: Our receivers this year have played really poor. Donte' drops more than he catches and is responsible for 2 interceptions this year. While Aaron Brooks is scrambling for his life, none of the receivers are coming back to the ball. Even the commentators made mention of this Sunday night. Conwell dropped some key passes, some that would have been first downs. Joe Horn has played better than anyone, but he even dropped a for sure TD pass. Paython has out played Donte and he should be the #2 receiver.

Offensive Line -- Gandy has not played well. He is consistantly letting his man run around him. LeCharles Bentley has been beaten often. Jerry Fotenot is letting his man push him into the backfield. As a whole this offensive line is getting pushed backwards !!

Turnovers -- We are next to last in the league in take aways! This has to stop or we are not going to win many games!!

Not enough screen passes called on offense. IMO-- this would slow the pass rush down and make the defense play more honest!!

Venturi is not rotating the defensive players enough IMO -- I think he should mix in some of the less experienced palyers throughtout the game. Who knows, maybe someone might actually surprise!!

Well aside from Bentley, we\'ve assembled a bunch of pass protection linemen and are trying to call a power running game.

2+2=37 in Hazlett math I guess.

Kind of like Aaron Brooks + Starting QB = Hall of Fame QB in Hazlett terms

As usual - I disagree. Stallworth has disappointed yes, but our receivers are not playing poor football. One play they didn\'t come back b/c their routes brought them both to the sideline to which Brooks was running. Coming back would have brought their defender right at Brooks. You hear something on TV once Billy and think it\'s a year-long problem. Stallworth has disappointed. Otherwise, Horn has one drop. Does Pathon have any? Conwell could have 50 and with the way he\'s playing he would still be a BIG improvement over Sloan in the middle of the field over last season. No our receivers are fine.

Our O-line. Well that\'s a different story. Blame Haslett for shipping away two of the best tackles in the league in the last two seasons.
