this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I don't think 1K yds. means as much nowadays as it did when they only played 14, anyway....

I don't think 1K yds. means as much nowadays as it did when they only played 14, anyway.

Which is why PT will probably surpass it. 63 yards per game isn't that difficult, and PT should get a few more carries per game. I think he breaks it.

1,600 Yards should be the new milestone for a bonafied stud season rushing.

With the way Reggie was running towards the second half of last year, I think his carries increase having Thomas fall just shy of the mark.

if he gets the fat contract i would'nt be suprized if they add the carries to his role
