10 QUESTIONS WITH LARRY BEAVERS

Who's the one figure in football you admire the most?
"I was a Cowboys fan growing up, so it was Emmitt Smith. When I got to college, it became Reggie Bush."

Any pre-game superstitions?
"I hate losing, that's one thing I hate. I'll always keep to myself and be very mad after losing."

Who was your favorite coach, high school or college?
"My college coaches, Mike Drass and Steve Azzanesi, turned me into a wide receiver. I played quarterback in high school, but things happened for me at wide receiver when I got to college."

Who's your favorite musical artist?
"My favorite singer would be Jamie Foxx."

What's your favorite pre-game meal?
"I love mashed potatoes, chicken breast and corn."

What is your best football memory?
"My best football memory was in college against Newport News when I threw a touchdown pass, caught a touchdown pass, ran for a touchdown and ran a punt back for a touchdown. I scored four times doing four different things."

Who is your biggest fan?
"My mom and my little nieces. They adore me."

If you weren't playing football what career would you pursue?
"I'd want to do truck driving."

What other position would you like to play?
"I grew up playing quarterback in park ball and high school until I got to college, and they switched me to wide receiver. They told me I was too short (for quarterback), but I was fast, so I should move to wide receiver."

What's your favorite sport other than football?
"I run track. I can shoot a little in basketball, but I like track a lot."
