You guys are brilliant. Manning is headed for the MVP and you guys will still be saying Brooks is better even when the new coaching staff ships his ass out of here. WHAT A BUNCH OF BAFOONS!

Now I know there is a reason that you continue to be so antagonistic. I just wish for the life of me you\'d settle down and get real. I really was going to delete this post but I decided to leave it to see what other members thought. So speak up folks. I do get tired of this drivel too.

Its forum-diarhea.

He\'s a hate-baiter and I stopped commenting on his posts long ago.

Hopefully he\'ll discover the motherland (NOLA Daycare) and never return.

The point is he\'s right about the way Peyton is playing right now. I just have a problem with the way he puts it. Plus he does tend to be very antagonistic. It will stop.

Well at least he is not filling the air with a bunch of hot air , crow eating seesions that never happen and general do not have a clue predictions .

Those should return next week ..... :casstet:

Might be antagonistic in your mind Joesam , but at least it makes sense .....

It might make sense, but it\'s still antagonistic, just like 90% of his other posts. I tried addressing that previously, but Joe decided to delete half the posts, and edit the other half :P It\'s funny you mentioned NOLA Daycare, I tried to find a link to it the other day to pass along to swampy, in hopes he would fade the **** away.

Now hold your horses... First of all let me say I am a huge fan of Manning. I have a autographed pic of his dad and him in high school on my wall. He has had two great games this year ONLY. Personally I\'ve had enough of \"swamppuppie\" and this will be my last post regarding anything HE says (God as my witness -- if I can help it) but no body in here said Brooks was better than manning. What happened was \"swampie\" started hollering about how Peyton was the second coming of Christ before the Colts game and Billy called him out on it stating that Peyton, while good, surely hadn\'t won anything that mattered. That\'s all...\"swampboy\" then responds with his typical mindless drival.

Sure am glad to see I\"m not alone in my assessment of this guy. 08, you can agree with ignorance all you\'d like...actually I wouldn\'t expect anything less from you. He fits your agenda perfectly.

By the way 08, you indicated a little crow would be in order as soon as you saw Brooks hit a man \"in stride\". Might I submit eaither the Deuce catch and run or Joe Horn\'s TD catch form last Sunday as examples. Would you like some salt and/or pepper? Any side dishes? Just lemme know ok?

Thank you Saintsfan , I wouldn\'t expect anything more then from you.

08 -- You have overwhelming sentiment from members here on this board that SwampBrain is a idiot(go ahead an edit it Joe :D ) and I think it says a lot about you to be buddys with this guy...

You guys are haters. It was okay to spout all that DRIVEL that Brooks could even hold a candle to Brooks and yet, I certainly don\'t see you saying how much better AB was after the Monday Night game. Seems like some of you (Billy C, Saintsfart) can dish it out, but can\'t take it when you are wrong. Which is most of the time, btw.

SwampMutt-- Peyton is a very good QB. I don\'t need you or anyone else to tell me that. However, the fact still remains that Peyton has NEVER won a game of any improtance. Check out his playoff record. Now, I don\'t feel like this is all his faut, because this is a team game. You on the other hand, pin EVERYTHING on Brooks, so you should hold Peyton directly responsible for the Colts shortcomings in the playoffs, but of coure I\'m sure you will not do that. I only know one name for people like you and that is a HYPOCRITE....

Welcome back Billy. I\'ve been doin\' my best to hold down the fort. It\'d be easier if all these \"fans\" dind\'t have their little anti-Brooks agenda, but I\'ve done the best I could. Welcome back!

One last little remark on this subject of Peyton. While it\'s true that so far he hasn\'t won \"the big game\". It certainly looks like his year is still going forward as opposed to ours. It never got started. The past is just that, the past!

Joe -- I couldn\'t agree with you more about the \"Past being the Past\" Will you tell that to everyone who keeps bringing up Aaon\'s past???

saintfan 10-08-2003 10:45 AM

Who were the fools again that said Manning was overrated?

Well yeah, but Billy, if we did that then they\'d have nothing left to say. Come to thing of it silence from some of these jokes would be awefully nice.

Who were the fools again that said Manning was overrated?

Sure Billy, I can do that. However,as has been said in a previous post on this thread. It sure would be a short message about AB if you did. Let\'s face it Billy, he could be playing better right now. I\'m not bashing or hating, I\'m just saying what I feel. I like AB, he could be a very good player, but some things sure need to change, that so far he hasn\'t learned. I would go into what they are but that horse has been beat to death several times. I would like to think that he could have learned them in the 4 years he\'s been with us but so far he hasn\'t? Kinda makes me wonder why? It\'s not like he doesn\'t know what his problems are you know.

Joe -- I agree with you that Aaron could and should be playing better. I have some questions in my mind about him as I do any other QB\'s that haven\'t proved themselves yet. I just think he will prove himself and some don\'t. Neither is right or wrong. The jury is still out but I have to call people out when I think they unjustly criticize the guy. But, that\'s what this board is for. Joe -- I\'ve really never heard you bash Brooks or anyone else (except me.. ;) ) I just yank your chain from time to time.

Now I\'m off to save the board........... ;)
