Saints Team Up with Louisiana Lottery
 

Last year's combo became the best-selling $5 scratch-off game ever which is the hope for The World Champion New Orleans Saints scratch-off game which goes on sale August 2.

"Due to the wildly successful Saints scratch-off in 2009 as well as the team's surge in popularity as world champions, we know players are eagerly awaiting the new 2010 scratch-off game," said Lottery President Rose Hudson. "Last year's game was one of the highest indexing professional football team branded tickets launched by state lotteries."

Thanks to that great feat, the Lottery Corporation will print out 66% more of the tickets for this year's game for a total of 1.5 million.

Three different ticket scenes will be available for this game that includes a top instant cash prize of $100,000. Some other great prizes will be up for grabs as well throughout this cross-promotion by way of four separate giveaway drawings that will consist of 31 total winners. These drawings will be second chances for players and work a variety of ways.

During the first three drawings, one winner will receive a 2010 Saints' Prize Package that includes four Club Sideline tickets to a designated Saints' home game. Along with that, the winner will get VIP Clubroom access, a parking pass, four pre-game field passes, one night hotel accommodations (two rooms), a $200 dinner allotment, and $500 spending cash.

In those first three drawings, nine finalists will receive an official autographed Saints' jersey, football, or helmet. Three each will be given away in each drawing.

The fourth and final drawing will have one winner receive a 2011 Season Prize Package to include four Plaza Sideline seats, a parking pass, four pre-game field passes, a tour of the Saints' practice facility, and lunch with the Saints' head coach Sean Payton for up to four people.

"When you combine two great Louisiana brands known for fun and excitement, you have a winning combination," said Hudson. "Like the Saints, we're looking for another winning season and believe the World Champion New Orleans Saints scratch-off will be a sell out!"
