Smile Hi folks. I'm looking for some help.

Hi Folks,

Firstly, I'll introduce my self. I'm Rhino, and from Northern England and i'm going on vacation in the USA, we are in New Orleans from 26-29th August.

Whilst we are there we are going to watch the Saints play the Chargers on the 27th August. Which i'm looking forward to, as the NFL gets quite a bit coverage over here.

But we have a problem, which i'd like some help with. I support a rugby league team called Leeds Rhinos (their website: Leeds Rhinos : Home) On Saturday 28th August they play in a major cup final. (Official Carnegie Challenge Cup Web Site) which they haven't played in for 11 years. But like a fool i booked my holiday before i knew they would get there and i am now missing the game!!

So what i'm looking for is some advice as to where we could get to watch the game. Are there any sports bars or bars that may have the game on in New orleans. The game will be shown live on BBC1 in the UK, but it may also be on BBC America too.

Your help would be greatly appreciated, if you have suggestions please post them, or send me a message.

Thanks

Rhino.

I didn't know the RHINOS played the Saints.

Official Carnegie Challenge Cup Web Site

As far as watching them from New Orleans...not sure what to tell you. A quick internet search led not far. I looked for Justin.tv... not sure if there would be other internet sources. As far as watching them in a bar, your luck does not look good. Perhaps it can be DVR'ed?

Try Bourbon street bars. some of them can get virtually any game around the world. if you do go just politely explain the situation and a hand him/her a fiver maybe they'll be more than happy to help.

What about one of those sling box things? A lot of our guys that travel a lot use them from their hotels to watch their TV's back home. Pretty cool actually...
