Why does he have to look like anybody? I think Chris Ivory looks like Chris Ivory.

If you trade Arrington, what do you get back 3rd or a 4th round draft pick from the NY Giants or the Raiders. Just a thought

Draft picks are always good ... makes this kind of New England-esque! We could use more depth at DT.

Exactly. I mean, comparing Ivory to Deuce at this or any stage of his career is like anyone that wants to bring back the "Dome Patrol". There was only one Deuce and there was only one "Dome Patrol". Let these guys create their own identity on the field.

There is no way that a guy who has not seen regular season playing time in his first two years is going to warrant a 3rd or 4th round pick. The Saints would be lucky to get a 6th rounder, but most likely a 7th if they traded him.

Thank goodness we still have two games to evaluate the roster.

I think it will be a toss up with Ivory and PJ Hill, with continued play from Arrington and Daniel theyíll be on the 53 man squad. With a few more outings from Daniel he may make the case for Brees primary backup. With Bush, PT as the starters than you have Betts coming in (good move by the B&G), PJ I donít think can go back to the PS and I doubt if we could hide Ivory there. As a fan of Arrington he may be trade bait but man thatís a big target to let go.

And just to jump the gun I see a trade involving either Arrington or Moore along with CB Randal Gay for maybe a LB or a DT (guess work after an early afternoon drizzie)

Arrington makes the team... I'd cut Roby. We have a handful of players that could step in immediately and fill his one dimensional role.
