Its time for a new Houston Saints Fans Thread:

Even before the Storm, Houston has always been home to a bunch of Who Dats. Walk in any sports bar and you'll see.

My group, the Hou-Dats meets at Big Woodrows, where we RULE!
Other fans walk in and go, "Oh, its a Saints bar."

I encourage you to get out, hang out, & represent, wherever you are.

So who's in the Houston / SE Tx area? How'd you get here? How long you been a fan?

So its Saints vs. Chargers tonight. Woodrows management says they cant spread it to all the tv's upstairs this time-- tech problem. But they will have it. Its going to be on a single big screen downstairs.

Or we could just go to Ed's house and raid his fridge and liquor cabinet.

Mike, I won't be able to make it to Woodrow's tonight, since K won't get home from work till around 7:30. Since it's on local tv, we'll catch it from home.

According to NFL.com, the game is supposed to be on CBS tonight.
I checked local listings and it will broadcast at 7:00 here in Shreveport on KSLA, the local CBS affiliate. Woo Hoo, I get to watch it in High-Def this time!

I want to get a banner made before the Vi-queens game that we can all sign and raise to the rafters in Woodrow's! Seats will be harder than ever..... If you all would like, I can setup a meetup on MEETUP.COM. You would have to join the group (free) and show whether you are attending or not. That would give us a headcount so we know how many seats to try and hold.

Not clear whether he's coming tonight, or what he has in mind, but Im guessing they're trying to put a feature together before the Vikings game.

black and gold, as if I have to tell any of you that. I guess im wanting you to be extra blingy.

Again, I am not clear on whether this is TONIGHT? The email I got suggests he's looking to meet us tomorrow??? not sure why...

spoke to the channel 2 producer. They're doing a feature on Houston Saints Fans. I didnt think tonight would be good for this, as such short notice, so I agreed to do the interview tuesday night. But I have a couple of key people I want in the interview, and if they cant make it, we're moving it up to tomorrow night.
