Exactly 2 DT's on the roster today

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Maybe we're taking a look at other teams' DT cuts. If we don't like what we can get, maybe we bring back Clancy or Pressley....

Will Ingram contribute after week 6? Is this the hope and expectation? At LB I am talking...

GW is a great defensive coach. Brees and Payton are as good as it gets on offense. But, the lack of talent and depth at DT and LB is not a good thing with the RB's the Saints will face this year. Throw in, or out depending on your perspectve, Sharper's playmaking and wisdom on the backend of the defense for atleast six games, and what was already going to take a monumental effort, isn't going to get any easier. I personally think the Saints front office dropped the ball on the defense this offseason and it's going to cost them. Last year was as good as it gets. I still get misty eyed watching highlights, ect. from a season ago. I wasn't confident I would see it in my lifetime. LOL. But, last year is gone.

Depth at DT would have been nice...But G.Ws scheme doesnt really call for a big DT...Im more worried now about Porter in this first game...
