Gotta say, they better get a lot better in a couple weeks time, cause their main threat is out several more weeks, and by the time he gets back it could be too late for 'em.

Disagree. Favre had as bad of wideouts as Brady did for most of his career, and he managed just fine without star receivers. If he can get it done with the likes of Antonio Freeman and Bill Schroeder, I think he can get it done with this group. That said, it would be so nice to have Sidney. I don't think i can forgive him for not getting surgery right away.

Losers rarely admit when they are wrong. They just tuck tail and go into hiding until the next matchup. Then they start it all over again. It's a vicious cycle.

A queens fan that won't leave! Why don't you go start running your mouth on a 'phins board somewhere.

We beat you last night, go try your trying to convince somewhere else.

I think you are comparing two different Favres. I think what the Vikings collective is hoping this man can accomplish and what he is capable of doing on at least one bad wheel and at his age are two VERY different things.

I don't think another loss to us will convince them they just aren't good enough and their coaching staff doesn't have the smarts to come up with anything that can surprise us or give them the edge. I guess there is something to be said for perseverance and belief in one's self though.

Age is a good point. However Sidney Rice does have talent, but the year before last he had what 16 receptions? Shiancoe had a break out year. I mean it can't be just a coincidence that Favre just happened to be there when that happened.

Do I have to leave? I actually like the forum and board you guys here. Besides a few posters there are a lot of good ones here.

By the way that's a serious question. Do I have to leave? If you want me to I will leave.

Let up on Vikings10. He's been fair on discussion, did his trash talk, but he's back day after and discussing football.

He doesn't' have to leave, he's making solid points.

Nah. Stick around. Just since your brothers are banning us left and right for throwing their rhetoric back in their faces doesn't mean you have to leave a REAL football forum.
