Dont see us pulling out a win Sunday
 

Someone please convince me otherwise, but I do not see us beating the falclowns Sunday. I dont care what Bobby and Deke say, we played poorly these first two games. I figured it would take us about 4 games before our offense started hitting on all cylinders, and I also figured Bush would get hurt at some point during the year. Our offense does seem off, but I do believe this will correct itself over time, I just question weather or not it will happen this weekend, and to win we will HAVE to put up points. Our defense is what really bothers me. They looked ok against Minny, but it is starting to look like Minny sucks and Farve is done. It was definitely not the team we played in the playoffs. They made Alex Smith look like a Pro Bowl QB, and that is sad. At times he would march their offense down the feild at will. In fact we did not beat the 49ers, they beat themselves with bad coaching, stupid turnovers and a saftey that could have been the difference in a win and a loss for them. No way our D is gonna stop Atlanta if they come out and play like that. Atlanta toasted the Cards, and played a decent enough game against the Steelers who are looking like the best team in the league right now defensively. I just do not see us pulling it out. Sorry to say it.

So because I think we have not played well enough up to this point to beat the Falcons makes me a Falcons fan? I guess unless I can look at everything through black and gold glasses I just shouldnt post. My bad we will go undefeted and are the best team to ever grace the feild. We have no room for improvement what soever. Sheesh I had to double check my browser to see if I had not accidentally posted on SR. It is a legitimate concern and if you guys dont see it then you are in for a long season. I really really do hope I am wrong. I did ask for you guys to convince me we will win, please tell me SOMETHING to feel better about this game, but instead I get this crap.

Falcons are not worth crap on the road -- Pittsburgh -- and haven't been for some time. In case you haven't noticed, the New Orleans Saints are accomplished at meeting ostensibly powerful teams and pegging them down. Check NY Jets, NY Giants, NE Patriots, Minnesota Vikings, Indianapolis Colts last season. Vikings again this season. And Falcons this Sunday.

It's not working, 504. I hope your Falcons can knock off some teams following the wild card playoff berth. So we can humiliate you three times this season.

504, can't really disagree with anything you've said. Unless the defense steps up, we have to outscore the Falcons. It hasn't been pretty yet, but if this is the week we get on track on offense we have a great shot to win.

Sorry, but providing you with an opine would be a waste of time. You appear to already have a predeposition as to the outcome of Sunday's game!
