You don't remember Couch burning us as a rookie in '99 with a "hail Mary" bomb at the end of the game? That's what I was referring to...and Oh, btw...he was with the Browns.

In a way im actually laughing but scared of this move..
Saints still have a bad history of making even the worst rookie qb's star's.
you said it. I'd love to laugh, but I know better. Hell, we lost to David Carr once. Remember, we were the "new" Cleveland's first win. Hail Mary anyone?

To tell ya the truth, I'd rather face Jake Delhomme.

I'm with you on that one. There is no real tape to study on rookie QBs. They usually do well intially until defenses start taking advantage of their weaknesses.

Jake on the other hand, you just know he's going to throw an interception and he won't ad lib any long runs like a young QB.

Bingo. I was wondering who would be the first to say this. Come on guys... a chance to beat down Jake Delhomme? You seriously want to pass that up?

310 passing yards. 3 TD's, one interception (and another two dropped by our secondary). Oh, and he'll have 7 rushes for 68 yards and a score.
