Why in the hell do people think we will be any better when Bush and Pierre come back?

I am seeing post after post claiming that once Reggie and Pierre get back we will be fine. I am so sick and tired of hearing people repeat this dribble. Our offense was crap in the first two games of the season when Reggie and Pierre were in. We barely beat Minney and SF who have a whopping 1 win between the two of them. Reggie has missed signifigant playing time every season since we have drafted him and we have done fine in the past without him. In fact up until this year we had a better record with him out than when we he was in. I am not saying we are a better team without him, but he single handedly does not make or break this team. Our problems will continue when he is in the lineup if #1 Brees continues to play shakey, 2 or offensive line does not tighten up, and 3 our special teams remain porous.

Bro ... Chillax. We'll turn this around and even if we don't ... We'll all still be fans regardless if we say "we suck" right now or "we're awesome" ... But, I agree with you actually --- regardless of those 2 coming back or not ... This team has issues.

+ 1 Strato.. The team lacks discipline, which is why we have all the errors and for the past couple of games we've been screwing our selves..

I don't know whats going on but we've been tripping over our own feet for some time now and im getting really sick of it, i wish the coaching get that nipped in the butt really quick..
I know it's going to be hard to talk to fresh World Champions about playing better but man! something needs to be done! we might need to bring in someone to talk to these big heads to bring them back down to earth, i seriously think they believe teams are just going to fall to them and they feel the only reason they're losing is because we are 5 starters down and they can continue playing like this until we are completely healthy.

I have mentioned this in at least two other posts, and NO ONE has said anything about it. When drew threw that pick six, where Nicks tried to tackle Bowen, there wasn't a Saints player within five miles of that guy all the way to the endzone. I saw our fastest players on the field, JOGGING, to try and catch him. He literally walked into the endzone. What was that?!

Our offense will be better when both get back... especially PT. Our screen game is a big part of our offense and without PT, we aren't getting any explosive plays from them anymore.

The same reason we'll be better with Sharper, Greer and Porter in the secondary...

WE WILL BE BETTER

Reggie and PT missing cannot be excuse. Ivory, Betts and Julius played okay. We just got beat by the Browns third-string RB going into the season, Hillis. And their third string rookie QB to boot.

Yesterday's game reminded me of watching Dallas this year. Boat load of talent.....no sync, no rhythm, no cohesion, no TEAM. On Offense.

And yea.. I watched a Dallas Game. It was Dallas vs Minnesota... How could I not watch , no matter who won or who lost I felt good about the outcome ... LOL
