That is an outright lie.
If you lie, I'll call you a liar. Be forewarned.

Try to be more loyal to your own team. Thanks.

Double likes Pete

Chill the heck out people. I for one have been on this train since 1979-1980. I am not jumping off now.

I've only been on the big fluffy Saints bandwagon since 1982. Such a cakewalk, and no one ever laughed at me for my Saints gear, or made it
a point to tell me how great the Cowboys were.

We have the greatest quarterback in the game, and a sucky defense.
You old guys probably feel like its Back to the Future now. But there
is a distinct possibility we might completely suck this year.

On the other hand, dating back to 1984. It is past my annual time to
proclaim:

This is gonna be our year. This is it! Here we come!

Now, if we go 15-1, or 1-15, I'll be in my Terrace seat in the Superdome for the home games, and at Ragin Cajun in Houston for the roaders. I go.
I yell. I stay till the end.

Like I heard someone say on the pregame - the loser of that game had no reason to hang their heads because it would be the toughest game on their schedule.

If we can get the D firing on all cyclinders (and creating some turnovers) we are in great shape.

1) We played the Superbowl champs
2) We played them at their place
3) Everyone said we had no chance
4) We lost the TO battle
5) We went down big early
6) We gave up a 108 yard TD KR
7) We had a few questionable plays called

AND WE STILL HAD A CHANCE TO BE TIED IN OUR GRASP!

Just beat the Bears and keep trucking from there.

We got a mulligan in the NFCS, so the race for the division starts Sunday.

Falcons have the Iggles (could easily lose)
Panthers have the Packers (would almost bet the house on the Pack)
Bucs are at the Viqueens (never know - it could happen)

We have a chance to be alone at the top of the division after this weekend - just need to take care of business...

I'd bet several of the 1-0 NFC teams go down next Sunday, but something tells me the Packers won't be one of them...

Too Early???

PLEASE batten down the hatches WHO-DATS!

Not one but TWO scramblin' azz QB's in a row in RG3&The Newt..
That has got to be a half-azz nightmare for any Defense.

Re: "Chicken Little Epidemic" now in full swing

I feel a 'perfect storm' of distractions stuck the Saints:

1. The bounty-gate mess

2. Brees' contract negotiations

3. Installing a new defense

4. Uncertainty of who would be coach the Saints during Vitts suspension.

All of that has to be mentally exhausting to the players; just a thought.
