Skip Bayless' top 5 NFC Teams

I am absolutely speechless right now.... Bayless has the Saints, as the best team in the NFC right now..... And Atlanta is in at number 4! I never thought I would see the day.....

TheOak 11-29-2010 12:41 PM

If he is a moron... maybe that is not a good thing....

Bradshaw picked Dallas to beat us... He has the worst pick record on that panel... LOL

And he rarely ever picks against the Saints.

i reallydont think atl is THAT good. are they good...yes. but they are getting alot of breaks right now. think about it. they got one win on a missed fg from the 20. just got a win which i blame on a facemask on kick off. roddy white pushes the corner back down for the winning td and doesnt get flagged.

this is 3 games that would make them look alot different right now. these are the kind of breaks that can help a team out. we got a few last year

Speedy Ron 11-29-2010 02:38 PM

i would also like to run on the field and smack matt ryan for some reason

And if Mike McCarthy knew how to throw a DAMNED challenge flag! Both on the catch and the spot.

Yes! I don't know why I hate that dude so much (aside from the whole guilt by association thing), but I do!

I know why I hate him. It's because he gets all the accolades for a team that has been very fortunate and thrives by running the ball. His is the second coming of Trent Dilfer only probably not as football savvy...

...

...and he looks like a friggin beaver...

He's dead on with this one. We should've beat the Falcons and everyone knows it even the people who are picking Atlanta ahead of us right now.

Atlanta and Ryan have yet to feel real pressure yet. The Saints and Brees have been there and proved they could handle it once again on Saintsgiving Day. I feel there is a very good chance they will falter under the pressure ... more than once. They have also skated free in the injury column. I also have a feeling that will catch up with them, as well.

SaintPauly 11-30-2010 12:16 AM

Matt Ryan reminds me of that guy at the bar, the one that drinks a microbrew, and thinks he's better than everyone else because of it.... His girlfriend is hot, but couldn't hold a decent conversation, that didn't have to do with marriage, curtains, or volvo automobiles... He looks like a *****, is what I'm saying I guess. The kind of guy I look forward to smashing, when they mess up at my club.....

jeanpierre 11-30-2010 12:36 AM

Saints need to focus each week on that week's opponent; keep pace and everything will take care of itself...

Another DT and LB would have help to, Mickey...

Skip Bayless is NOT a moron! I find him to be one of the few voices of reason among NFL analysts. I find myself nodding in agreement with him most of the time. And I watched the program on ESPN this morning where he said the Saints were the best team in the NFC. And not only that, there was another panelist who also had the Saints at the top of the NFC. I actually agree they are the best but they really screwed up the Arizona and Atlanta games. The Cleveland game was basically a blowout, but I really believe the Saints should be 10-1 right now.

This made me laugh.

So, I kind of have a story similar to this. Sunday, the boyfriend and I went to the Broncos/Rams game and they were showing highlights of the GB/ATL game beforehand. I had already polished off my second beer and was feeling ornry. In the middle of Mile High Stadium, I drunkenly shouted, "Ugh I HATE Matt Ryan. Sometimes, I want to Chuck Norris his little mouth breathing face." About 20 Broncos fans turned around and started laughing. It was pretty awesome.
