Bengals-Saints game at Paul Brown Stadium is not a sellout and will be blacked out in Cincinnati.

(This does not affect people outside the Cincy area).

im pretty sure there are no Who Dat Fans in Who Dey land.

How widespread is the blackout? I think Lexington is in the CIN viewing area.
