Saints | Stallworth Removed From Injury List, Will Play Against Falcons - from www.KFFL.com
Tue, 11 Nov 2003 18:41:21 -0800

Updating previous reports,
Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints WR Donte Stallworth (thigh) practiced Tuesday, Nov. 11, and has been removed from the team's injury report. He will play Sunday, Nov. 16, against the Atlanta Falcons. Saints head coach Jim Haslett said he believes Stallworth is nearly 100 percent healed from a thigh injury that has sidelined him since Oct. 19.

It's about damn time. This has been a horrible year for him. I hope we get some production out of him Sunday and the second half of the season salvages his year, we sure do need him now.

Isaac Bruce had very similar problems as a young WR. He did finally put them behind him and went on to become an awesome WR for several years.
Lets hope Donte follows a similar path.

wouldn\'t touch that bet for nothing.
I\'m thinking he pulls something before halftime.

I think Stallworth\'s disappointing season has a lot to do with why the offense hasn\'t been as explosive. I think many of you don\'t look for this offense to start scoring like it did last year. I think they will and if they can, it could turn into to a special season.
