Wild Card all but wrapped

If we win 2 of three we're in, as long as we beat TB, who has Det and Sea left

Would like to think that Seattle can beat ATL, but Seahawks are looking awful today

We would probably still have to play the Rams at St Louis the first round so that would be the best scenario we could get unless the Falcons lose once more because we're going to kill them. Hartley should be shot because it should be us they're talking about again not the Falcons.

that would be sweet. better seeded

The NFC playoff race is like this. Right now ATL clearly has the edge for the #1 seed, and the Saints are firmly in the driver's seat for the top wild card spot (#5 seed). Somebody has to win the NFC west for the #4 seed. But #2, 3 and 6 are really up for grabs. It could come down to a lot of tie-breakers, and the Bucs are sitting pretty with home games against Detroit and Seattle coming up. There could easily be a 10-6 team that is left out.

Assuming the Saints get the wild-card (the most likely outcome unless Seattle can help us out next week by beating Atlanta), they will travel to the NFC west winner in the wild-card round. I'll assume they win. The next round would depend on who wins between the #3 seed (Philly, NYG, GB, or Chicago) and the #6 seed (any of those or TB). If the #3 seed wins, the Saints would then be the lowest remaining seed and would travel to Atlanta for the divisional round. If the #6 seed beats the #3 seed, then #6 would go to Atlanta and the Saints would visit #2. Should the #6 seed defeat Atlanta, the Saints could conceivably host the NFCCG again.

Really, anything could happen. But yes, it's nice to have a playoff spot pretty much in the books.

lets just keep our fingers crossed that seattle plays them like they played us. and if they do they would win it.

With that said Atlanta's run d was horrible today. We easily beat them again today with their lackluster performance against an inferior team.

Giants have a tough road ahead, but will be #6.
Bucs lose to us and they're done
Pack are two games back.

Put a bow on it

Packers are done. Rodgers concussion sealed that.
Our Wild Card is "fairly" wrapped up unless something crazy happens.. Which it could.

My prediction:
Week 17 We beat the Rams again
Week 18 We beat the Bears
Week 19 We beat the Falcons
Week 20 We beat the Patriots in Dallas.

Week 21 we Celebrate again in New Orleans with parades. :bng:
