Ivory simply experienced tightness in his hamstring. They weren't able to loosen it up enough to feel comfortable letting him back into the game. The team said they may hold him out a few practices but he should be ready to go against Baltimore. He didn't suffer what could be called an injury. He had the same issues occasionally in college, as well.

I am more concerned about Roby being injuried than Ivory. I feel like I am going to throw up everytime I see Bush back to field a punt.

Considering a kickoff is a live ball and the way Bush "fields" punts, it is a disaster waiting to happen if he is put on kickoff returns.

I don't get any relief when Lance "I like failing down as I catch the ball" Moore is back either.

The Saints can win with Bush & PT. Plus we still have JJ.

No!!! I think Ivory's our #1 back now. He's the main reason why our offense was able to get on track - he brings balance to the pass/run ratio.

Moore will be fine in PR. I don't ever remember him fumbling a punt.

I agree, ivory has earned the number 1 spot with his play. As you said he's the guy that has brought balance to our O, if roby was to go IR I recommend Rod harper or even getting larry beavers back lol that would be sweet!!

Rod is on the Eagles PS so if Roby goes on IR he can be signed to the active roster if he agrees to a contract providing the Eagles don't activate him.

Payton said this morning or yesterday sometime; Roby is going through the concussion evaluation. Probably miss a game or two, depending on how he feels.

And Ivory *should play this week, a tight hamstring and was taken out for precautionary reasons.

If it would have been a playoff game or we were behind, he would have finished the game. With the lead and a healthy PT though, we can afford to sit him out just to be safe.

Ivory was on the bike Sunday in the 2nd half. Trainers/Conditioners should have him stretched out and ready to go Sunday. Roby's injury looked like a knee to the head while in the pile, compressing his neck long after the initial contact and the fumble. Hopefully there are no lasting effects from the whole thing. His services on both sides of the ball on STs has been stellar all year. I definitely don't want to see the Ravens starting at their 40 on every series or us having to start inside our 10 all day. I'm SURE they are working on that this week.

I agree with 44Champs, I can"t even watch when Reggie is back. I'll take Moore all day long.
