In retrospect, I think the Saints may have been looking ahead to Atl. during the Ravens game.

Some of the stats for rushing, run-stopping were just horrible that game and definitely turned around 180 for Atlanta. The game was pretty meaningless considering that we still need the fail-clowns to lose one more game.

We can't afford to look ahead once the play-offs start!!

Do you think if Atl starts to blow out the Panthers, that we'll go into "start resting our starters" mode?

Don't think so. They just played well and we didn't. We'd won 6 in a row, and we just didn't bring our A game.

Baltimore is tough at home, and if you have an off game they will beat you.

We brought a C game and still had an opportunity to win. I'd bet there were more distractions than just the Clowns.

I think the Saints just did not have it all in Baltimore. Had nowt to do with thinking ahead.

Interesting conspiracy theory! Would love to think that SP and the guys were just lulling ATL into thinking that Turner would light up the field on MNF. I would love to believe that one as well, but that would be reaching even for me! It was a lackluster defense that did not seem very goal oriented. Anyway, the D bought atlanta to their knees and just proved that no one is ever unbeatable at home no matter their record.
