Panthers announce: John Fox fired after this season

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Seems not the best time to make this statement as for players and the rest of the staff's moral. Everybody knows if you not winning, then the onwer of the team will fire you....

Lighting it up or not, AL Davis is what makes coaching in Oakland a nightmare. I guarantee any coach would choose Buffalo over Oakland.

Presumptuous but i always liked the idea of having him team up with his buddy..

He was a DC before becoming a head coach just like Gregg Williams was..

Both John Fox and Gregg Williams are failing Head Coaches, but John Fox actually had more success so that would work out well in Saints favor if GW decided to part ways.

This couldn't have happened at a better time. IMO, the Panthers have a better chance of winning this game for Coach.

Pretty much, players will now be playing to save their jobs, Fox is merely a statue in this game, the players will now be playing for the GM and the owner to retain or lose their jobs as well.
