All I have to say is WOW!!!!

For my first trip there and first ever live game in the Superdome, everything was incredible. 7 days there was enough for me though....too damn expensive. Our Canadian dollars are like monopoly money to the U.S. Might as well have brought doubloons to trade.

The game was amazing. Most painful first half, moreso because I was there. I was surrounded by Falcons fans. My hotel was full of Falcons fans. Let me just say that I found out that the verbal jabbing is done in fun. In Canada, when opposing teams fans come to town and make a comment to a local fan it results in a fight. Not in the Superdome. It took a while to realize that it is a side sport watching the fans jabber back and forth. I was seriously lying in the aisle during the 4th and the O/T. I thought I was having a heart attack......greatest day ever.

All in all...a great trip. And you're right WhoDat...Bourbon hits back hard too......as did the guy with the "where you got your shoes" hustle.....that's another story.

You picked a good game to attend. There\'s no place like Nawlins. Maybe you are the Saints good luck charm with the way they pulled the game out. You must now attend all Saints games !! Did you pick up a cajun accent???

I\'ll need some help to financially get to all of the games then. Since there\'s a collection being taken up for everything else....why not the \"send lumm0x to all of the Saint\'s games\" collection?

No, I didn\'t manage to pick up the accent, although people were quick to point out I was Canadian. I guess you never think you have an accent. Everyone else does.

as did the guy with the \"where you got your shoes\" hustle.
I wonder if it is the same guy that has been doing it for years, or if he now has some help. I can\'t believe that it still works. :P

Back from the Big Easy!!!

It was 1979 and I was 8 years old. I saw a Saint\'s game and they profiled Archie in the half time......and I swore it was Archie from the comic books because they only referred to him as Archie and he was a freckle-faced redhead. Well for 3 years I believed he was Archie Andrews and would cheer for them every chance I got to see them in the days of bad Canadian TV. My Dad was a big 49ers fan, so I would battle with him in the Saints-49er games and got a kick out of just cheering for the other team he played. We\'d always watch the game together. Then I figured out it wasn\'t Archie from the comics but by that time I didn\'t care. I got my first Saints tattoo at 16...pretty brutal job but I love it. Since then I now have three Saints tattoos and have spent a great part of my income buying Saints memorabilia, autographs, cards, etc.

That\'s the tale.

Thats too cool.

My Dad\'s the reason I\'m a Saints fan, and a Jets fan.

I probably should bust his chops for both.

Can raising you kid a Saints fan be considered child abuse?

Unfortunately when they get in your heart, you can\'t get them out.
