Chris Ivory on Crutches and in a Boot - Per CBS Sports

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Rickey Williams used to be injury prone like that. Perhaps Chris Ivory should consult with this Zen master for the secret to a less injury prone body....

Any word on PT at least if he plays we don't have to whole our breath everytime get the ball like we have to do when Ivory get the ball. I would have love to have all our backs ready for the start of the playoffs.

Man I do Yoga every so often- use to do it once a week- kid you not bro, it is hard and well worth the effort. I know you were being serious and I am agreeing with you. I think it could be beneficial to all athletes!

Mike swear to God man that stuff would surprise you!! It would honestly be beneficial. Try it sometime, you'd be surprised how much of a workout it is. I do a 47 minute routine every so often and I am dripping with sweat
