the Defense is still in New Orleans never even bothered to get on the plane, Harper never got out of bed and although hartley kicked good he looked like a second grade soccer player kicking that onside kick there.

Well this does sting. I just hope atl doesn't win their first game. Then I will feel a little better.

Trouble is, deep down, you know they probably will win, just to rub more salt into our wounds!

If you would have told me we score 36 points, and Drew has 0 interceptions, and that we would lose, I would have laughed until my sides hurt.

We give up 41 points to a team that couldn't get out of their own way offesively most of the year. i'm in shock.

amazing thing is we allowed 13 TD's all season, 4 in this game.

Also - it occurred to me - if Hartley makes that kick in the Atlanta game, this game never gets played. ugh.

I agree! Morstead was completely ran into and there was nobody around the player to have pushed him into the punter...

And this guys, is why every game is crucial during the season.

My boyfriend and I were pissed at that call. If that would have been their punter, we'd have gotten flagged.

We had no running backs and still was within winning distance..

I don't think i wanted Saints to be that team to give Atlanta a free ticket to the Superbowl, Saints had nothing left on the roster to play with, ATL would have been licking their chops to stomp dance on our depleted team on their way to the Superbowl.. i'd rather a virtually healthy team go to ATL and gave it their best shot..
Saints had nothing to go to Dallas with.

As far as Atl goes we were 1-1 this season, but we had the last win, ended their streaks at their home. They better have nothing to say about us.

If they do take the Lombardi… they will know we beat their ass at their house, and they won in our house in OT because of missed FG.
