I think I'm going to have to call you on this one. The Panthers already had the #1 pick locked up. They simply were a sorry team last season and were incapable of beating the Falcons even if they wanted to.

I have to call out our guys are not having the #1 seed:

1) I still call Hartley "the idiot kicker!". He makes that 29 yard FG, and places are swapped.

2) Brees threw 8 INTs and 3 pick-sixes to the Cards and the Browns.

3) All moot anyway. The defense and special teams let the organization down last week. We win that game like we should have and had taken out the Bears today, we'd be hosting a NFC championship game next week.

It's simple: take care of your business, and everything else takes care of itself.

Bears Packers next week will be must watch TV if it comes to pass. If the SeaHawks ride their wave for another week, then the loss last week will only feel like one hot poker in the eye instead of two hot pokers in both eyes.

Didn't they have the #1 locked in before they lost to Atlanta? We get that bye and there is no way we lose by almost 30 pts even with a gimpy run game. Atleast we were still in the Seattle game before the 25yd onside kick. Atlanta had to punt with over a minute left in the game. I just hope Seattle doesn't get beat that bad because we will never hear the end of it.

We would've won the damn Superbowl again if we knew how to tackle or defend a 7-9 team in the freakin playoffs, the freaking playoffs!
