I have the Super Bowl pre game on right now... but I just keep thinking about last year. I'm exactly as old as the Super Bowl, 45 and for almost all of those years, I never thought I'd see the Saints win one.

I even had an agreement with my wife that if I died first, my ashes were to be held until the Saints won the Superbowl and scattered there. Strange huh ...

Anyway, I'm hoping for a good game, going slightly for the Packers and then....

waiting til next year

Rick, I totally understand you, except for the ashes part. It is just a really funny feeling of actually have one year that your team was in SB. All of the previous SB , yes,you had a favorite team that you pulled for and watched throughout the season, but you ever knew what it was like to have your team, Saints, in the SB and oh my gosh, can say won. It still feels, today on SB Sunday, like did that actually happen last year? Yeah.
All SB's before the Saints won and all after are just about having fun on SB Sunday....and of course until the Saints get back there.

SBAS-SB After the Saints

Yeah it was tough to get motivated for SB 45 I guess I'm still on the high from ours. And it was a good game today right to the end the fans did get their monies worth. I have a lot of respect for Mike Tomlin but I was pulling for The Pack. It just seems that we have made some pretty good trades with them. Also it seems like Aaron Rodgers is a class act.
