If he's there do it. He's a solid RB. Other than a minor surgery he's healthy and has proven he can run in the SEC. I don't think he will be there though and there is no way the Saints would trade up.

From now till after the draft rule of thumb is to not believe a thing any NFL gm, scout or player has to say cause right now they all tryin to hide what they are really going to do come draft day

ABSOLUTELY 100% CORRECT.

What this article probably means is that Ingram's their number one target at 24 and they're contemplating trading up for him if necessary.
