Could Saints take a RB early in the drafts this season?
The Saints under Sean Payton haven't drafted a RB high other than Reggie Bush. Though it appears Payton is against taking a RB early, he said that's not the case and that the days of drafting a RB high aren't finished.

If I remember correctly we tried to trade up to get Beanie Wells. So it's not out of the question.

I keep going back and forth, something tells me If Ingram is there yes. Trading up though, that's not something I see going down.

I would not mind seeing the Saints draft Ingram in the 1st round even thou I feel DE is a bigger need right now.

boy -o- boy are we setting our self up for a let down. how many of us would be upset if there working a deal for ingram? i'd be upset but not teed off to where i go off. a'la last season, no more locking in on de,olb.

I'd be fine with Ingram at 24. Not all that happy about trading up for him though.
With the depth at DE/DT this year we could still get some very good prospects in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. I prefer defense, but Ingram or a stud OT works for me too. |

strato i def. hear u also, i'm just not getting all bent out of the badger that i'm going to be sick if we don't get a speed rusher or that olb we've been wanting for 2 years. if its ingram or leshore or an o-line pick i'll be content if i'm saying it right. but i will not become the honey badger on a valuable draft pick because i really give a ----. i hope it came out right lol.
