First he is here to play on special teams 1st and foremost!

Where ever he fits in after that is a bonus.

I just don't feel our ST's have been as good as they should be we need some help there.

Harper isn't going anywhere he should be around at least one more year. We have to remeber that Jenkins did not play that game against Seattle he would have been the one covering the TE that keep burning Harper.
